“三高四新”背景下《工业机器人及其应用》教学改革

摘要：工业机器人是先进制造业的重要技术装备，是衡量国家科技创新的重要指标。为了适应专业发展需求，更好地服务“三高四新”战略，对《工业机器人及其应用》课程目前存在的问题进行了分析，主要有教材内容与课程目标贴合度低，课程体系不完善;课程内容和实践教学未贴近先进制造业实际需求;课时分配不合理，考核方式陈旧。对该课程进行了改革，课程内容更贴近企业实际、课程体系更加完善、采用案例教学方法、改进实践教和考核方式。使学生更为熟练的掌握工业机器人本体的相关知识和利用工业机器人服务先进制造业的知识。

Abstract： Industrial robot is an important technical equipment in advanced manufacturing industry， and an important indicator to measure national scientific and technological innovation.In order to meet the needs of professional development and better serve the strategy of " Three highlands and four new stages" strategy this paper analyzes the existing problems of the course "Industrial Robot and Its Application"， including the low degree of matching between the teaching material content and the course objectives， and the imperfect course system;The course content and practice teaching are not close to the actual needs of advanced manufacturing industry;The assignment of class hours is unreasonable and the assessment method is obsolete.The curriculum has been reformed， the content of the curriculum is closer to the reality of enterprises， the curriculum system is more perfect， the case teaching method is adopted， and the practical teaching and assessment methods are improved.To enable students to more skillfully master the relevant knowledge of industrial robot and the use of industrial robot to serve advanced manufacturing knowledge.

0  引言

打造国家重要先进制造业高地、打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新高地是湖南的“三高四新”战略中的“两高”[1]。工业机器人是先进制造业的重要技术装备，是衡量国家科技创新的重要指标。湖南工业大学机械工程学院于2016年设置了机械工程专业机器人专业方向，2020年开始进行了机器人专业招生，作为机器人专业的核心专业课程，作为湖南地方高校，为了适应专业发展需求，更好地服务“三高四新”战略，为湖南地区、中部地区、长江经济带、全国乃至全世界先进制造业和科技创新企业培养工业机器人研发和应用的优秀人才，需要进行《工业机器人及其应用》课程教学改革。……
