SMS非织造医用防护材料的研究现状及发展趋势

摘 要：介绍了SMS非织造材料在医用防护领域的应用特点，聚焦阻隔性、抗静电性、舒适性、力学性能等要求，分析了不同功能性整理技术在该领域的研究应用。随着人们对医用防护要求和穿着舒适性的不断提高，非织造医用防护材料未来会呈现多功能化、舒适化和智能化的发展方向。

SMS Nonwoven Medical Protective Materials

Abstract： This article introduces the application characteristics of SMS （spunbond meltblown spunbond） nonwoven materials in the field of medical protection. From the aspects of barrier property， antistatic property， comfort， mechanical properties and other requirements， the application of different functional finishing technologies in this field is analyzed. With the improvement of people's requirements for medical protection and wearing comfort， nonwoven medical protective materials will present a multi-functional， comfortable and intelligent development trend in the future.

新冠肺炎疫情的爆发对人民群众的生命健康安全构成了严重威胁，以口罩和防护服为代表的医用防护用品在疫情防控中发挥了关键作用。传统以棉为主的医用机织卫生材料，虽然其重复利用性高，但反复洗涤后强度会大幅度降低，而且阻隔效果会明显减弱，导致病人感染的概率增加，从而威胁医护人员的健康安全。相比之下，纺粘/熔喷/纺粘（SMS）医用非织造材料因其具有技术领先、安全有效、净化手术环境、经济可行等特点而被越来越多的人所认识和接受[1-2]，在医疗领域内的发展应用也极为迅速，俨然成为此次新冠疫情防控中的重要防护物资。

1 SMS非织造医用防护材料的應用特点

纺粘/熔喷/纺粘（SMS）非织造材料是当前医学领域内研究和应用最为广泛的防护材料类型。其中，纺粘非织造材料（S）是聚合物（以聚丙烯为代表）经过高温熔融后从纺丝孔挤出，在空气的牵伸作用下变长变细，冷却后成网制备而成的，具有强度高、耐磨损、手感好等特点[3]。……
