小学主题班会实施现状及有效性策略研究

摘 要：在小学教育当中，主题班会是对学生进行教育的重要途径。班会课可以增强班级凝聚力，让教师与学生的交流更加频繁。班主任对于小学班会课的设计，可以针对本班学生存在的问题，从实际情况出发，选择一些有效的教育内容，同时确定主题班会的目的，从而设计出主题班会的方案。基于此，本文通过对小学主题班会的现状进行分析，随后从三个方面研究了小学班会课模式选择的策略，以此供相关人士参考交流。

【Absrtact】In elementary education，thematic classes are an important way to educate students. Class meetings can enhance class cohesion and allow teachers to communicate with students more frequently. For the design of the class meeting in elementary school，the head teacher can select some effective educational content based on the actual situation based on the problems of the students in the class，and at the same time determine the purpose of the theme class meeting，so as to design the theme class meeting plan. Based on this，this article analyzes the status quo of the primary school theme class meetings，and then studies the strategy of selecting the primary school class meeting mode from three aspects，so as to provide relevant people for reference and communication.

对于小学阶段的孩子来说，他们的身心还没有成熟，因此，教师的教育对他们的健康成长尤为重要，更是帮助学生树立正确观念的引导人。一般教师通过班会课的形式来向学生进行德育教育，班主任通过选择各种各样生动的教学形式来对学生进行教学，为了能够让班会课更加有教育意义，首先教师应该对主题班会的方案进行设计，选择有效的模式以及方案来进行操作，才能够让主题班会的设计更加科学合理，同时也能够通过班会课给学生带来更多有教育意义的内容。

1.班会课的作用

（1）通过班会课，可以让学生实现自我教育

在小学教育当中，班会课是极其重要的一种教育活动，是对学生进行思想政治教育的课程，具有明确的内容和教育意义，不仅仅能够帮助学生树立正确的观念和价值观，同时也能够通过班会课的实施，不断地实现学生的自我教育。……
