真尊重、巧交流、重陪伴

摘 要：与校园教育相比，家庭教育同样占据十分重要的地位，在培养幼儿健康成长中发挥着关键作用。在现时代发展中，家庭教育也应积极跟进时代发展，以便于在幼儿成长教育中充分满足新时代的家庭教育需求。然而现阶段的许多家庭教育存在的问题比较多，在以家长权威为主导的家庭教育更是十分普遍。这就意味着必须改变传统家教模式，创新形式，探索家校共育之道。笔者从尊重幼儿的行为为前提，巧妙利用交流技巧，重视亲子陪伴时光等方面浅析家庭教育的指导策略。

【Abstract】Compared with campus education，family education also occupies a very important position and plays a key role in cultivating children's healthy growth. In the development of the times，family education should also actively follow up the development of the times，so as to fully meet the needs of family education in the new era. However，there are many problems in family education at this stage，especially in the family education dominated by the authority of parents. This means that we must change the traditional family education mode，innovate the form，and explore the way of family school co education. The author from the respect for children's behavior as the premise，clever use of communication skills，pay attention to parent-child accompany time and other aspects of family education guidance strategy.

当代家庭教育存在的问题：家长过于溺爱或过于严厉，两极分化严重;很多家长以为家庭教育的目的是为了能够对幼儿灌注更多有用的知识，很少考虑到在家庭教育中培养幼儿的兴趣爱好;过于重视结果，轻视活动过程的快乐体验;隔代教育问题等。在种种问题的影响下，很容易导致幼儿缺乏基本的自信心，甚至有可能会产生幼儿障碍的现象。因此，采取针对性强、实用性强地指导策略，来提高家庭教育水平，为学前儿童健康成长提供有利环境。

1.以尊重为前提，创造宽松自由的成长空间

人各不同，每个孩子都有自己独立的思考与想法，随着年龄的增长，他们的爱好、兴趣、性格也有可能随机改变。在生活中很多家长往往忽略了这一点，或者用简单粗暴的态度对待孩子，或者命令的口吻要求孩子跟着家长的思路走。……
