高职教育机电一体化技术专业实训课程改革研究

摘要：本文通过以学生为中心，就业为导向的项目任务驱动法结合游戏教学策略进行教学，主要以提高学生综合素质及适应岗位能力为目标，结合高职学生特点，激发学生学习的兴趣，提高学生善于思考的能力;针对汽车行业的快速发展，增加实训课课程设计课时，提高学生机械设计的能力、岗位职业能力，培养了学生团队合作的精神。借助互联网技术、网络平台等，丰富机电一体化专业课程的教学课堂内容，在教学的过程中结合学生特点，通过教学改革，提高课程的教学质量和教学效率，为国家和社会需要培养出高素质的人才。

Abstract： In this paper， the student-centered， employment-oriented project task-driven method combined with game teaching strategy is used to teach， mainly to improve students' comprehensive quality and ability to adapt to the post as the goal， combined with the characteristics of vocational students， stimulate students' interest in learning， improve students' ability to think. In view of the rapid development of the automobile industry， the practical training course design hours are increased to improve students' mechanical design ability， post and professional ability， and cultivate students' spirit of teamwork. With the help of Internet technology， network platform， rich mechatronics professional course teaching classroom content， in the process of teaching combined with the characteristics of students， through teaching reform， improve the quality of teaching and teaching efficiency of the course， for the needs of the country and society to cultivate high-quality talents.

0  引言

新时代，高等教育已经进入以提质培优、增值赋能的内涵式发展新阶段，在“管办评分离”的背景之下，不断进行高职专业课程改革与创新研究实践，是人才培养质量的重要手段。高职教育的教育质量直接影响高职学生的人才培养质量，其主要目的是为了培养一批动手操作能力强，有良好职业操守，综合素质高的全方位人才。在互联网大数快速发展的新时代，课程改革与创新研究实践直接影响教学质量，是高校人才培养质量成功与否的关键，是高校生存和发展的重要因素。“十三五”规划中，我国诸多领域开始转型，尤其是汽车工业的快速发展，市场对于机械装备技术及智能自动化设备的维修人才缺口显得尤为突出。……
