新时代地质资料档案信息化建设的问题与对策

摘  要：文章分析了新时代地质资料档案信息化建设存在的传统地质资料档案数字化、地质资料档案工作者素质和地质资料档案信息化技术问题，提出了不断加大传统地质资料档案数字化步伐、不断提升地质资料档案工作者专业素质、强化地质资料档案信息化技术应用，为下一步建设地质资料档案数据中心打下坚实的资源、人才、技术基础的相应对策。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the problems existing in the informatization construction of geological data archives in the new era， such as the digitization of traditional geological data archives， the quality of geological data archivists and the informatization technology of geological data archives， and puts forward some suggestions， such as continuously increasing the digitization pace of traditional geological data archives， continuously improving the professional quality of geological data archivists， and strengthening the application of informatization technology of geological data archives， For the next step to build geological data archives data center to lay a solid foundation of resources， talents and technology.

地質资料档案是在地质调查、矿产勘察和科研工作过程中直接形成的对国家和社会具有保存价值的各种文字、图片、声音、表格、标本等不同形式的历史记录。地质资料档案信息化建设，是指运用各种现代化信息管理的方法、技术与手段来加强对地质资料档案的管理（包括收、管、存、用）的通称。本文仅就新时代地质资料档案信息化建设存在的问题与对策，谈点个人浅见，以求教于档案界诸同志。

1 新时代地质资料档案信息化建设存在的问题

1.1 传统地质资料档案数字化问题。传统地质资料档案数字化工作是新时代地质资料档案信息化建设的一项极其重要的基础工作。长期以来，传统地质资料档案数字化问题一直是困扰、阻碍地质资料档案信息化建设的一大难题。笔者这里所说的“传统地质资料档案”，不仅包括各种文字地质资料档案，还包括各种图片、声音、表格、标本等不同形式的地质资料档案，不能仅仅理解为狭义的纸质版地质资料档案。……
