依托地方课程提高小学生自我服务能力探究

摘  要：当下教育理念不断更新，教育目标也逐渐发展为追求培养综合发展的高质量人才，同时兼顾不同地区、不同阶段以及不同维度的教育教学层面的工作实践。本文旨在针对此次课题开展情况进行汇点和分析，明确以地方课程为依托来锻炼小学低年级学生的生活自理能力的方案的重要性、可行性与创造性，明确其理念价值和实践价值。

Relying on Local Curriculum to Improve Pupils' Self-service Ability

【Abstract】The current educational concept is constantly updated，and the educational goal has gradually developed to pursue the cultivation of high-quality talents for comprehensive development，while taking into account the work practice of education and teaching in different regions，different stages and different dimensions.This article aims to meet and analyze the development of this topic，determine the importance，feasibility and creativity of the plan to exercise the self-care ability of the lower grades of primary school students based on the local curriculum，and clarify its conceptual value and practical value.

通过分析研究甘肃省基础教育课程教材专家工作委员会审定通过的义务教育地方课程实验教科书，课题组抓住“劳动”这一要素，旨在利用本次课题研究如何有效提高小学低年级学生的自我服务性劳动能力，也就是他们的生活自理能力。在本次课题研究中，课题组以《健康成长》为参考材料，从地方课程的视角出发，创新性地提出提高小学低年级学生生活自理能力的策略和方案。

1. 自我服务能力的重要性

（1）自我服务能力是素质教育的重要内容之一。根据研究表明，我国的小学低年级学生大多在幼儿园期间没有养成良好的、高质量的自我服务的习惯。这些孩子在逐渐成长的过程中如果没有得到很好的劳动教育和劳动实践锻炼，很有可能成长为缺乏自理能力的青少年或成年人，或者说这已经成为当下社会中一大焦点问题而备受讨论。这种情况明显与“培养综合素质人才，培养新型高质量人才”的素质教育目标不相匹配，甚至完全相反。……
