新能源汽车技术专业本科层次职业教育人才培养研究

摘要： 从新能源汽车领域人才培养的新需求出发，分析了当前新能源汽车技术人员供给情况及短板，探索新能源汽车专业本科层次职业教育人才培养途径：创新“工学交替、多方育人”的现代学徒制人才培养模式、构建“课证融通、对接职业标准”的课程体系、构建“岗位对接、能力递进”的模块化课程教学模式、建设“双带头人引领、德艺双馨”的双师型教师团队。

Abstract： Starting from the new demand of personnel training in the field of new energy vehicles，Analyzes the current supply situation and shortcomings of new energy vehicle technical personnel， and explores the ways of personnel training in the undergraduate level vocational education of new energy vehicle specialty： Innovate the modern apprenticeship talent training mode of "work study alternation， multi-party education"， Construct the curriculum system of "course certificate integration， docking with professional standards"， Structure the modular curriculum teaching mode of "post docking， ability progressive"， Build a double qualified teacher team of "double leaders leading， virtue and art".

0  引言

中国汽车工业协会发布的最新产销数据显示：2020年新能源汽车增速达10.9%，全年销量首次突破130万辆，累计销售550万辆，新能源汽车进入加速发展阶段，产销量连续6年位居世界第一。隨着国家大力实施节能减排、调整能源结构、人们对生态环境保护意识的加强，以及全球汽车技术呈现“低碳化、信息化、智能化”发展趋势，发展新能源成为了国家可持续发展的必由之路。

1  新能源汽车领域人才培养的新需求

1.1 新能源汽车行业是最具人才吸引力的领域之一

得益于新能源汽车行业的快速发展，人工智能、无人驾驶、智能网联等新技术与新能源汽车快速融合，近年来新能源汽车行业成了最具人才吸引力的主要领域之一。BOSS直聘2020年人才吸引力报告：智能驾驶和新能源汽车成为人力资源市场就业热门领域，智能驾驶系统工程师平均招聘薪资高达到24606元，入围平均薪酬最高的15个高薪岗位之一。……
