生活教育理念下的小学“仁爱教育”课程构建

【摘  要】随着新课程改革和新课程标准的不断完善和发展，教育的内涵越来越丰富。除了教授小学生基础知识外，更要做到德育，教师要清楚认识到教育的根本任务是立德树人。德育活动与教育活动有着一致的目的性，无论是从个人之后的成长，还是社会的需要，德育工作的地位和作用也十分突出。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement and development of new curriculum reforms and new curriculum standards， the connotation of education is becoming more and more abundant.In addition to teaching primary students basic knowledge， we should also do moral education. Teachers should clearly realize that the fundamental task of education is morality education.Moral education activities and educational activities have the same purpose， no matter from the personal growth， or the needs of the society， the status and role of moral education is also very prominent.

《基础教育课程改革》对德育工作有明确的要求，德育要积极从思想道德入手，加强教育，培养小学生正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。小学生正处于义务教育的起点，是祖国的花朵和未来，小学阶段也正是学生性格塑造的黄金时期，做好对小学生的德育至关重要。由此德育工作要以小学生的性格特征和认知能力为切入点，积极融入生活教育理念，与仁爱教育课程相结合，加强德育工作的针对性和有效性。

一、家庭与学校的德育现状

在探索全新的德育模式中发现，德育工作和学生成长主要受到家庭教育和学校教育的影响。首先，家庭对于小学生而言是温馨的港湾，父母更是小学生的第一个教师。小学生年龄不大，认知有限，他们对于道德的认识有很多不足，但在客觀上也更有利于塑造和培养。家庭对德育或许不够明确，但一言一行始终在潜移默化地影响着小学生的成长。例如，调查表明抽烟行为大多起源于对父亲的模仿。大多数家庭教育过于看重学生的成绩，甚至出现棍棒底下出孝子的行为，忽视了小学生思想品德上的教育，忽视了小学生在成长过程中的需要和关怀。……
