小学数学教学中对学生非智力因素的培养

【摘  要】学生学习的过程中，非智力因素不可或缺。非智力因素主要有动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格五种心理因素。小学数学教学中养成非智力因素，要构建和谐的师生关系;教学要以活动为中心开展;教师要言传身教，树立榜样，确立目标;要严格教学管理，培养学生的良好习惯;要家校共建，形成合力。

The Cultivation of Students' Non-intelligence Factors in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

【Abstract】In the process of student learning， non-intellectual factors are indispensable. Non-intellectual factors mainly include five psychological factors： motivation， interest， emotion， will and character. To cultivate non-intellectual factors in primary school mathematics teaching， it is necessary to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship; teaching should be carried out with activities as the center; teachers should teach by word and example， set an example， and establish goals; strict teaching management should be carried out to cultivate students good habits; build together to form a joint force.

學生学习的过程，除了智力因素必须参与外，还需非智力因素积极参与。非智力因素在学生的学习过程中是不可或缺的。非智力因素是除智力因素以外，一切对学习有影响的心理因素，主要由动机、兴趣、情感、意志与性格五种心理因素组成。动机是心理的发动机。人的任何活动一般总是由一定的动机所激发，并指向一定的目的。学习动机是学习活动的原因和出发点，学习动机与学习目的紧密相连。一般来说，没有无学习动机的学习目的。“为中华崛起而读书”是激励周恩来总理刻苦学习、认真钻研的学习动机。学习动机是影响学习行为，提高学习效果的一个重要因素，可以加强并促进学习活动。

兴趣是最好的老师。陶行知先生认为：学生有了兴趣，就肯用全副精神去做事，学与乐不可分。兴趣能使学生产生积极的学习态度，当学生对某一学科产生强烈而稳定的学习兴趣，就会把他作为自己的目标，学习过程中就会自觉地克服困难，排除种种干扰。

小学阶段是非智力因素养成的关键时期，但由于数学复杂的学科特点，教师及家长的认知水平未能得到及时提高，在数学教学中，普遍存在人们对非智力因素重视不足，培养缺乏科学性、长期性的问题。……
