家校合作视角下美国儿童数字阅读平台的建设及思考

[摘 要] 遴选美国三个典型儿童数字阅读平台—国际儿童数字图书馆（International childrens digital library，ICDL）、睿乐生（Renaissance myON reader ）及阅读IQ（ReadingIQ），通过个案的深度剖析发现，美国儿童数字阅读平台致力于打造多元主体参与的、开放的数字阅读共育平台;通过家社校三方联动提升儿童数字阅读的社会效益;不断完善儿童数字阅读与评测功能，重视儿童深阅读能力的培养等。这启示我国儿童数字阅读可尝试构建以家校为核心的儿童数字阅读平台，打造以学校为主，家庭、社区为辅的公益儿童数字阅读服务，研发适用于家校阅读场景的分级阅读体系，进而促使我国本土儿童数字阅读产业健康、可持续性发展。

[Abstract] The paper selecting three typical childrens digital reading platforms： International childrens digital library（ICDL）， Renaissance myON reader and ReadingIQ， based on the depth profile analysis， the author found that the American childrens digital reading platform actively creates an open co education platform with the participation of multiple subjects; emphasize the tripartite linkage between home， society and school to promote the social benefits of childrens digital reading. Improving childrens digital reading and evaluation function， cultivating childrens deep reading ability， this revealed to us that our Childrens digital reading can try to build a childrens digital reading platform architecture with home and school as the core， providing a public welfare childrens digital reading service dominated by schools and supplemented by families and communities， developing a graded reading system suitable for home school reading scenes， promoting the healthy and sustainable development of Chinas local childrens digital reading industry.

1 引 言

家校合作最早起源于美国，以19世纪末家长教师协会（Parent-Teacher Association，PTA）的组建与成立作为标志性的家校合作运动的开端。该组织在其建立之初已明确“将发挥家长在改进儿童受教育条件方面的作用和提倡家庭、学校与社会的三方平等尊重”作为其根本原则和宗旨，并在日后的发展过程中逐步形成地方家长教师联合会、州家长教师联合会、全国家长教师联合会等金字塔式结构的组织体系[1]。基于各级组织运行的规范化，家校合作涉及的领域与形式也呈现多面性，合作方式也从以学校教育为主导、家庭教育为辅助支持向家校分担决策权转变，如美国新泽西州矿山学校的学区教育委员会邀请家长参与教育决策，家长协助教育委员会制定年度教育计划和学区教育目标等[2]。……
