高校康复治疗学专业教师实践教学能力培养探索

摘  要：实践教学是医学高等院校教学的重要组成部分，尤其是对于动手操作能力要求较高的康复治疗学专业更是重中之重。实践教学开展的程度直接影响到学生对于操作的掌握水平，从而进一步影响学生毕业后在医院的临床工作。如何让学生在实践教学中科学、高效地学习，需要实践指导老师自身具备较强的实践教学能力。面对目前我国高校康复治疗学专业教师的实践教学能力参差不齐的情况，文章就如何提升青年教师的实践教学能力进行了深入地分析和思考，并从管理和激励制度、教学模式改革、教师能力和素养等多方面提出了一定的建设性观点和策略。

Abstract： Practical teaching is an important part of teaching in medical colleges and universities， especially for the rehabilitation department which requires high operational ability. The degree of practice teaching directly affects the students' mastery of operation， which further affects the clinical therapeutic effect of students in hospitals after graduation. How to enable students to learn scientifically and efficiently in practical teaching requires that the practice instructor himself has strong practical teaching ability. Facing with the uneven practice teaching ability of rehabilitation therapeutics teachers in colleges and universities in China， this paper makes a thorough analysis and reflection on how to improve the practice teaching ability of young teachers， and puts forward some constructive ideas and strategies from various aspects.

隨着社会的进步和发展，患病后人们不再满足于保住生命，而是更加注重身体功能的恢复，对于健康质量的要求也不断提高。作为现代四大医学模块之一的康复医学正是可以帮助人们恢复功能的重要学科，社会对于康复治疗师的需求越来越多。优质的康复治疗人才来源于优质的教育，优质的教育来源于优质的师资，康复治疗学专业是对操作能力要求非常高的一个专业，所以康复专业的教师必须具备较高的实践教学能力。

康复治疗学专业教师实践教学能力水平的高低，将直接影响康复治疗学专业学生未来的实践操作能力的塑造和培养，从而影响未来临床医疗质量[1]。……
