小学数学教学中学生创新能力培养策略之我见

【摘    要】教育部制定的《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》明确提出了创新人才的培养要求，而在这一文件部署下，各个学科都应该将创新能力作为教学重点，着眼于学生创新意识的发展。本文笔者从自身的实践教学经验出发，对小学数学教学中学生创新能力培养策略提出了相关意见，希望此次课题研究能够促使创新能力在小学数学学科中得到有效落实。

My Opinions on the Strategies of Cultivating Students' Innovative Ability in Primary School Mathematics

【Abstract】The "Action Plan for the Promotion of Education for the 21st Century" formulated by the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward the requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents. Under the deployment of this document， all disciplines should focus on innovation in teaching and focus on the development of students' innovative consciousness . Based on my own practical teaching experience， the author of this article puts forward relevant opinions on the strategies of cultivating students' innovative ability in primary school mathematics teaching， and hopes that this project research can promote the effective implementation of innovative ability in primary school mathematics.

隨着知识经济时代的来临，教育目标方向也在不断发生改变，对创新人才的培养受到了教育界的普遍重视。而数学无疑是最能凸显创新精神的一门学科，在培养学生创新能力方面具有其他学科无可比拟的优势，因此在今后的小学数学教学中，教师一定要关注数学知识与创新能力之间的联系，并采取有效的方式促使学生在数学学习中得到创新能力的培养。

一、小学数学教学中学生创新能力培养策略

（一）实施问题教学，启迪创新

古语云“学起于思，思源于疑”，思考是智慧的开端和源头，同时也是激发创新的关键，因此在培养学生创新能力的小学教学中，实施问题教学是一种可行的方式，教师可调动学生的积极思维，诱发学生的创新思考，具体教学策略如下：

第一，提出问题。爱因斯坦曾经说过“提出一个问题，比解决一个问题更重要”，在实施问题教学的创新能力培养教学中，“提出问题”是教学的第一个环节，教师应该从学生的实际出发，向学生提出具有生活化、趣味性又充满挑战性的问题，这可以调动学生的求知欲，为学生的创新能力培养奠定基础。……
