应用型高校融入特色小镇建设路径探究

摘 要：特色小镇的产生与发展是我国新时代经济社会发展的新兴产物，是我国城市化进程和乡村振兴战略相互融合的结果。特色小镇的发展要依托当地的经济文化资源，符合当地经济文化发展特色。特色小镇的多样性离不开镶嵌其中的文化内涵，特色小镇文化内涵的发展应与应用型高等教育资源相融合，做到文化共建共享。应用型高校的人才培养也应主动融入特色小镇的发展之中，进行产教融合与文化共享，这样应用型高校与特色小镇的发展才能相得益彰，做到可持续发展。

A Study on the Construction Path of Applied Colleges and Universities into Characteristic Towns

Abstract： The emergence and development of characteristic towns is the emerging product of China's economic and social development in the new era and the result of the integration of China's urbanization process and rural revitalization strategy. The development of characteristic towns depends on local economic and cultural resources and accords with the characteristics of local economic and cultural development. The diversity of characteristic towns cannot be separated from the cultural connotation embedded in them. The development of the cultural connotation of characteristic towns should be integrated with the application-oriented higher education resources， so as to achieve the joint construction and sharing of culture. The talent training of application-oriented colleges and universities should also be actively integrated into the development of characteristic towns， and carry out the integration of industry and education and the sharing of culture. Only in this way can application-oriented colleges and towns complement each other and achieve sustainable development.

特色小镇建设是我国城镇化格局构建的助推器和乡村振兴战略的具体实践路径，特色小镇不属于行政建制，而是聚集特色优势产业和高端发展要素的特殊区域。特色小镇的智慧化发展趋势与转型升级需要先进的思维、技术和人才，这也符合国家层面对应用型高校深化产教融合的要求，也是应用型高校融入我国经济社会发展、服务地方文化发展的新要求。因此，特色小镇、应用型高校的职能与国家层面的产教融合战略是一致的、契合的。

1 应用型高校融入特色小鎮建设理论概述

1.1 应用型高校的社会功能 应用型高校以培养高素质应用型人才作为办学定位，是与学术型高校相对应的一个概念，应用型高校以服务社会经济为发展目标，通过深入推进产教融合、校企合作，进行人才培养新模式的探索。……
