计及课程思政达成度评价设计的电气工程专业课程综合考核方式改革探索

摘  要：基于新工科背景下专业课程培养目标与教学成果内涵，分析了电气工程专业课传统考核方式存在的问题，针对线上线下混合式一流课程建设的特点，有针对性的提出了一种计及课程思政达成度评价设计的综合考核方案。通过具体的课程教学活动，从在线考核、实践与思政环节以及强化过程考核等方面对综合考核方式进行了应用探索，为与电气类一流课程建设相匹配的综合考核方式改革提供了可借鉴的实践经验。

Abstract： Based on the training objective of professional courses and teaching results under the background of emerging engineering education， the paper analyzed the problems existing in the traditional assessment methods of electrical engineering professional curriculum. Aiming at the characteristics of the online and offline hybrid first-class course construction， a targeted comprehensive assessment plan that considers the curriculum thought and politics achievement evaluation design is proposed. Through specific course teaching activities， the comprehensive assessment method has been explored from the aspects of online assessment， practice and ideological and political links， and strengthened process assessment， which provides reference experiment for the reform of the comprehensive assessment method that matches the construction of first-class electrical courses.

一、研究背景

新工科建设，是应对新经济的挑战，从服务国家战略、满足产业需求和面向未来发展的高度，是一项持续深化工程教育改革的行动计划。新工科建设包含三个层面：

（1）传统工科的信息化、智能化改造;

（2）应用理科向新兴工科的积极拓展;

（3）针对新产业需求的新型工科建设。

近年来，随着“复旦共识”“天大行动”以及“北京指南”的新工科建设“三部曲”对于新时期下工程学科高等教育改革的持續引领作用，各个高校对于新工科建设如何再深化、有哪些关键问题需要再突破进行了广泛的实践探索[1]。

以互联网+、大数据和人工智能为代表的新兴智能技术推动着社会的变革，为高等教育特别是新工科领域的内涵式发展提供了重要机遇[2]。课堂教学作为高等教育重要组成形态……
