影响出租车计价器计量准确性的因素研究

摘  要：尽管公交、地铁等已经成为人们日常出行的主要方式，但出租车这种交通工具仍具有较大的应用价值。该文以出租车计价器为主要研究对象，在对计价器的应用原理以及作弊方式进行研究之后，着重对影响出租车计价器计量准确性的汽车轮胎参数、轮胎磨损度、轮胎胎压、传感器、变速箱以及计价器主机等因素进行分析，并提出了提高计价器计量准确性的方法，对规范出租车市场秩序具有重要的促进意义。

Abstract： Although buses and subways have become the main means of daily travel， taxi is still of great application value. Taking the taxi meter as the main research object， after studying the application principle and cheating mode of the meter， this paper focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the taxi meter， such as automobile tire parameters， tire wear， tire pressure， sensors， gearbox and the main engine of the meter， and puts forward the methods to improve the measurement accuracy of the meter. It is of great significance to standardize the order of taxi market.

由于市场监管不规范、计价器本身存在设计漏洞等原因，当前我国出租车行业乱收费的现象较为严重。这种现象不仅严重损害了消费者的合法权益，还会影响整个出租车市场的良性竞争，进而阻碍出租车行业的进一步发展。

1出租车计量器的应用原理

1.1出租车计量器的结构

计量器是出租车收费的主要依据，现阶段我国出租车应用的计量器，主要由电源、计程装置、税控装置、显示器、传感器以及空车灯六个部分组成。计价器在工作时，主要是从计程装置中的传感器入手，将传感器与车辆的变速箱连接起来，依据传感器在變速箱运行后接收到的脉冲信号作为依据，采用一定的计算方式来计算出租车的行驶里程。

1.2出租车计量器的主要作弊方式

应用计量器来进行作弊，增加出租车的行驶费用，是一些车主用来非法谋取利益的主要手段。……
