24种中药饮片及其5种汤剂的铅含量检测

摘要：目的检测24种中药饮片及5种汤剂中铅的含量，探寻血铅超标的原因。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。结果24种中药饮片铅含量范围为0.12～1.05 mg·kg-1，平均为0.46 mg·kg-1；5种汤剂铅含量范围为0.02～0.06 mg·L-1，平均为0.03 mg·L-1；24种中药饮片铅含量均不大于百万分之五(mg·L-1)，5种中药汤剂铅含量均不大于百万分之五(mg·L-1)。结论所采用的方法操作简单、可靠、准确，可作为中药饮片及中药汤剂铅含量测定方法。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo detect the content of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug and 5 kinds of decoctions,and explore the causes of blood lead exceed the standard.MethodsGraphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted.ResultsThe content range of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug was 0.12～1.05 mg·L-1,the average was 0.46 mg·L-1;The content range of lead in 5 kinds of decoctions was 0.02～0.06 mg·L-1, the average was 0.03 mg·L-1;The content of lead in 24 kinds of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug and 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were not greater than five ppm(mg·kg-1,mg·L-1).ConclusionThis method was simple,reliable and accurate,so it can be used for determining the content of lead in decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs and decoctions.

2014年10月22日，齐鲁晚报刊登莱芜市某诊所几名患者疑似服用中药汤剂致血铅超标的报道，事情发生后，莱芜市食品药品检验检测中心立即启动了应急预案，对处方中涉及的24种中药饮片及其5份汤剂进行了铅含量检测，探寻几名患者血铅超标的原因，为相关部门调查提供支持。依照《中国药典》2010年版(一部)重金属铅的检测方法[1]，采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对样品了进行铅含量测定，并参照《中国药典》2010年版(一部)黄芪饮片中铅含量限度要求进行评价，判定所检测的中药饮片及其汤剂是否存在铅超标现象。

1材料和方法

1.1仪器及其工作参数赛默飞世尔ICE3500原子吸收分光光度计，自动进样器、普通石墨管，铅阴极灯。

参数设置：波长283.3 nm，狭缝0.5 nm，灯电流5 mA；干燥温度120 ℃，灰化温度500 ℃，原子化温度1 200 ℃。……
