归脾丸质量标准研究

摘要：目的提高归脾丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对党参、炙黄芪、远志、当归进行鉴别；用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)；流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68)；流速为1.0 mL·min-1，漂移管温度105 ℃，气体流量2.5 L·min-1。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰；黄芪甲苷在1.046 0～5.230 0 μg(r=0.999 8)的范围内线性良好，平均回收率为101.24%(n=6)，RSD为1.92%。结论本法结果准确、可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo improve the quality standard of Guipi Pills for better controlling the quality of drugs.MethodsThe TLC was employed on Radix Astragali,honey-fried Radix Astragali，Radix Polygalae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis for identification;The content of astragaloside in Radix Astragali was determined by HPLC-ELSD.A Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)was adopted with methanol-water(32∶68) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.An eweaporative light-scattering detector (ELSD) Model 2000 was used with the drift tube temperature at 105 ℃ and the gas flow rate at 2.5 L·min-1.ResultsThe TLC chromatographic spots were clear；The linear range of astragaloside was 1.046 0～5.230 0 μg(r=0.999 8)，the average recovery was 101.24%，and RSD=1.92%(n=6).ConclusionThe results showed that this method was accurate,reliable and can be used for the preparation of quality control．

归脾丸由党参、炒白术、炙黄芪、炙甘草、茯苓等15味中药组成，具有益气健脾，养血安神功效。用于治疗心脾两虚，气短心悸，失眠多梦，头昏头晕，肢倦乏力，食欲缺乏，崩漏便血等[1]。近年来发现，归脾丸对神经衰弱、窦性心动过缓及阵发性心动过速、冠心病、更年期综合征、缺铁性贫血、慢性苯中毒亦有较好的改善作用[2～4]。为有效控制本品质量，采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方主要药味党参、炙黄芪和远志进行定性鉴别，并用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法(HPLC-ELSD)测定黄芪中有效成分黄芪甲苷的含量[5]，为全面控制产品质量提供依据。
