论中职语文教学中赏识教育的运用

摘 要 学校的主要任务是教育学生，影响教学的关键是学生。所以，为了提高中职语文教育的教学质量，为了激励中职学生的学习热情，也为了更好地开发学生潜在能力，需要中职学校开展中职语文教学研究，笔者根据多年工作经验认为：中职语文教学需要运用赏识教育帮助中职学生摆脱机械学习、厌倦学习的问题，只有这样才能实现高效教学的教育目的。

On the Application of Appreciation Education in Secondary

Vocational School Chinese Teaching

Abstract The main task of the school is to educate the students， the key to the influence of the teaching is the students. So in order to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational Chinese education， in order to encourage secondary vocational school students learning enthusiasm， in order to better develop the potential ability of students and need to secondary vocational school to carry out the research of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school， according to the years of work experience that： Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools need to apply appreciation education to help students in secondary vocational school from machine learning， tired of learning problems， only in this way can we achieve effective teaching aims of education.

1 賞识教育定义以及中职语文教学发展现状

1.1 赏识教育定义

赏识教育是在尊重学生人格自然发展的前提下，结合马斯洛的需要层次理论、加德纳的多元智力理论、韦纳的归因理论和罗森塔尔的期望效应等多种教育理论作为基础，开发学生潜在能力，欣赏并挖掘学生身上优点长处，通过赏识以及恰当的赞扬来帮助学生获得自信心，让学生用积极的态度去接受学习，去主动提高自我的一种感情教育。

中职学校是进行中等职业教育的学校，学校的招收对象大多是初中毕业生，虽然也包括一些高中阶段后的学生职业培训，但学生整体素质水平偏低。中职教育是我国职业教育的主体，由于考虑到就业的需求，更加注重对实践技能的培养，这样就会忽视学生对基础知识的掌握，中职语文教学得不到应有的重视，导致基础知识原本就薄弱的中职语文教学效果不理想。……
