基于现代学徒制的建筑装饰工程技术专业实训基地建设

摘 要 实训基地是实施职业教育现代学徒制的基本条件。广西水利电力职业技术学院建筑装饰工程技术专业在试行现代学徒制的过程中，按照现代学徒制人才培养模式的要求，仿真建筑装饰施工现场的真实环境，校企合作建成了“六位一体”的开放式、多功能共享型校内建筑装饰实训基地，探索了深度校企合作建设校内实训基地之路。

Abstract Training base is the basic condition for the implementation of the Modern Apprenticeship of vocational education. Guangxi College of Water Resources and Electric Power of Architectural Engineering Technology Specialty in the trial of the modern apprenticeship in the process， requirements in accordance with the modern apprenticeship talents training mode， simulation of architectural decoration construction site of the real environment， school enterprise cooperation built "six in one" open， multi - function sharing Campus Architectural training base， to explore the depth of school enterprise cooperation in the construction of campus training base.

国务院明确提出了“开展校企联合招生、联合培养的现代学徒制试点”。教育部印发了《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》，对推进校企一体化育人提出了具体要求。所谓现代学徒制，是以校企深度合作为基础，以学校教师和企业师傅为导师，以学徒（学生）的培养为核心，以实训基地为平台，以工学结合为形式的人才培养模式。现代学徒制不同于的职业教育，它的实施能有效改变理论与实践相脱节、知识与能力相割裂、教学场所与工作情境相分离的局面，是传统人才培养模式的一场重大变革。实践教学是培养学生动手能力和职业技能，提高学生综合能力的关键环节，实训基地是现代学徒制实施的基础条件和重要保障。广西水利电力职业技术学院建筑装饰工程技术专业（以下简称“建装专业”）在试行现代学徒制过程中，探索出校企合作共建建筑装饰实训基地之路。
