我国国情研究人员的国际科研产出及影响因素分析

〔摘 要〕通过对12位研究型高校图情学院科研人员的半结构化访谈，发现国际科研产出可划分为国际科研行为和国际科研成果二维结构，一般而言二者是正相关关系，并确定了行为和成果类型。影响研究人员国际科研产出的因素包括个体层面的自我效能感和结果预期因素以及组织环境层面因素，除已有研究中大部分影响教师科研绩效的因素得到访谈学者认可外，访谈亦得出一些新的影响因素。

〔Abstract〕Based on the semi-structured interviews of 12 researchers from one of Chinese doctorate-granting LIS schools and departments，the international research output of researchers could be devided into two variables，namely international research behavior and international research achievement.Generally speaking，international research behavior is positively associated with international research achievement.Also，types of international research behavior and international research achievement were discussed in this study.This paper also concluded factors which affect researchers international research output.Affecting factors could be devided into individual characteristics of researchers in terms of their self-efficacy and outcome expectations and organizational characteristics.Most of the factors which were confirmed to affect teachers performance in existing studies were also accepted by 12 researchers.Besides，this exploring study also obtained some new affecting factors.

高校研究人员的科研产出及其影响因素一直备受国内外学者关注，相关研究成果也相继出现[1-10]。纵观学者对高校研究人员科研产出及其影响因素的研究现状，大多数学者对研究人员（包括教师、博士生、科技工作者等）科研产出的影响因素包括个体因素和组织环境因素两个方面达成了共识，但是对科研产出的构成和各影响因素的认识上却各不相同。同时，国内学者在研究科研产出的影响因素时所考察的科研产出测度题项不区分国内和国际成果，相对于图情学科研究人员来说，大部分学者的国内成果都远远高于国际成果，因而同时以国内和国际成果作为科研产出的测度题项所得出的结论并不一定适用于提高研究人员的国际科研产出。另外，绝大部分已有研究未考虑学科特色，单独以图情领域研究人员为对象研究其科研产出及影响因素的成果较少。……
