基于“互联网+”视阈下的智慧图书馆用户服务

摘 要 论文由“互联网+”与智慧图书馆的概述入手，阐述两者的交互关系，从人员、资源、技术、服务的角度系统介绍了智慧图书馆用户服务情况，重点探究了基于用户行为的智慧服务流程，并研究了“互联网+”视阈下的智慧图书馆构建模型，旨在为“互联网+”下的智慧图书馆构建与智慧服务提供借鉴，促进图书馆转型与创新，提升图书馆智慧服务能力。

Abstract This paper elaborates the interactive relationship between the “Internet +” and the smart library， and introduces smart library user services from the perspective of people， resources， technology， and services systematically. It focuses on exploring the smart service process based on the user behavior， and studies the smart library building model under the perspective of “Internet +”. It aims to provide a reference for smart library building and smart service in the era of “Internet +”， and promotes the transformation and innovation of library， as well as enhances the library smart service capability.

近年来，“互联网+”呈井喷式发展，为教育、金融、交通、社交等经济生活领域注入新的生命力和创造力。2016年4月，习近平总书记在网络安全和信息化工作座谈会上指出，“将互联网发展视为适应新常态、深化新常态、促进经济社会发展的重要‘新动力，实现‘大作为。”在互联网助力的经济全球化时代，产品和服务实现了空前的跨区域流动，互联网无疑是人类智慧的交融汇聚平台。“互联网+”的崛起同样为图书馆发展带来新契机，将“互联网+”与图书馆深度融合，是图书馆由“知”转“智”的必经之路，是信息时代摆脱被边缘化命运的转型关键。如何充分发挥“互联网+”的优势，全方位创新和转型，如何构建真正意义上的智慧图书馆实现智慧服务，是当代图书馆必须正视的责任与挑战，也是图书馆界研究的重点和热点。

1 “互联网+”与智慧图书馆

“互联网+”是社会发展的新趋势、新生态。2015年3月5日的十二届全国人大三次会议上，李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网+”行动计划，加快了我国“互联网+”发展的步伐。……
