基于老龄人群需求的区域性公共自助医疗一体机研究分析

摘 要：为了实现老龄产业的创新建设，提升老龄人群的生活满意度，文章对老龄人群的需求、区域性公共自助设施、服务设计三方面进行研究分析。采用调研的形式，对医疗自助一体机系统分析，总结了医疗自助服务系统对老年人生活带来的影响。提出了医疗自助设备创新的设计方向，为老龄人群体验性自助服务设施愈加完备提供了可能。

Abstract ：Objective to realize the innovation of aging industry construction， improve the life satisfaction of the aging population， the aging population， the demand of regional public self-service facilities， three aspects of research and analysis of design services Methods the medical service system was analyzed and the effect of medical service system on the old peoples life was summarized. Conclusion the design direction of medical self-service equipment innovation is put forward，which provides the possibility for the aged people to become more and more complete.

引言

当今社会，每个国家都面临着一个严重的人口老龄化现实问题。在我国，随着老龄化的发展，老龄产业也算是刚刚起步，针对老龄人群的专属产品还不完善，为了优化老龄产业的发展，提高老龄社会的服务质量，为老龄人群创设美好的生活环境，研究公共自助服务系统并对其进行优化设计具有一定的价值意义。本文通过系统分析，提出医疗自助服务系统的创新性设计方案，推动我国的医疗自助服务系统的发展和完善，对于其他领域的公共自助服务系统也有一定的借鉴价值。

一、老龄化社会现状分析

（一）老龄化社会现状

在新中国成立后，我国人口模式也发生了爆炸式的增长。根据这一老龄化的现状，我国政府也出台了相关的扶持老年产业的政策，健全医疗卫生机构与养老机构合作机制，着力完善老龄政策制度。面对如此严重的老龄化现状，可以将我国老龄化现状的特征总结为数量大、步伐快、城乡分布不平衡、速度超前于现代化等几方面。……
