我国数字图书馆智能化信息服务模式研究

〔摘 要〕近年来，由于用户服务需求逐渐向智能化、综合化和个性化的方向迅猛发展，数字图书馆的主动信息服务、个性化信息服务也逐渐成为近几年研究的重点。本文从导航信息服务模式、个性化信息服务模式、开放式服务模式3个方面对我国现有的数字图书馆信息服务模式进行分析，在此基础上，提出了数字图书馆智能化信息服务模式，并针对智能化信息服务模式的实施策略进行分析。

〔Abstract〕In recent years，due to the needs of customer service gradually to the intelligent，integrated and personalized direction of the rapid development of digital library，so the active information service，personalized information service has become a focus of research in recent years.This paper analyzed the existing three mode of information service of digital library in China，on this basis，the author put forward the intelligent information service model of digital library，and analyzed the implementation strategy of the intelligent information service model.

在“互联网+”时代背景下，随着搜索引擎的广泛应用，我国的数字图书馆领域也相应的发生了变革，特别是移动互联网时代的出现，让数字化信息服务模式摆脱了网线的束缚，获得了新的自由。传统的图书馆信息服务模式是“人找信息”，用户处于“信息海洋”却面临“知识匮乏”的困境，因此，本文提出数字图书馆智能化信息服务模式，将高效化、智能化的信息服务模式运用到数字图书馆的建设中，以便提升组织加工、存储、传输和信息处理的效率。在网络环境下开展数字图书馆信息服务模式研究，构建智能化信息服务模式对数字图书馆的发展具有重大的理论意义和现实意义，这也是数字化图书馆个性化服务系统研究的热点之一。

1 我国数字图书馆现有的信息服务模式

在服务人员业务能力和科学技术水平不断提高的信息时代，我国数字图书馆信息服务模式必须要建立在专业化服务和应用先进技术的基础上，实现最大化和最优化信息资源利用效益的基本理念[1]。……
