提升贵州学前教育对外开放合作水平的策略研究

摘 要 近年来，贵州省教育厅在学前教育领域开展了一系列的活动、努力创建省级示范幼儿园、加大了对学前教育经费的投入，但在对外开放合作水平方面仍然存在着相关政策不健全、学前教育工作重点不符合、幼儿园办园缺乏规范性、早教行业紊乱等问题，应该从政府完善政策、加大对学前教育的扶持力度、创新教师队伍建设、加大对早教行业的监管等方面作为切入点，以此来提升贵州省学前教育对外合作水平。

A Study on the Strategies of Improving the Level of Opening and

Cooperation of Preschool Education in Guizhou

Abstract In recent years， the Education Department of Guizhou Province in the field of pre-school education carried out a series of activities， and strive to create a provincial demonstrative kindergarten， preschool education has increased the funding， but there is still a problem related policy is not perfect， the preschool education work is not in conformity with the kindergarten， lack of normative， early education industry at the level of disorder open cooperation， from the government should improve the policy， increase efforts to support pre-school education， construction and innovation of teachers to increase the supervision of early education industry as a starting point， in order to enhance the cooperation level of preschool education in Guizhou province.

貴州省位于国家西部地区，经济水平欠发达，教育资源相对匮乏，各级教育发展不均衡，教育质量也仍在全国处于落后的地位，学前教育的发展也比较滞后和缓慢。虽然近年来，贵州省的国家财政性教育经费和公共财政预算教育事业费支出都在同比增长。但由于地域、经济水平、意识落后等原因，学前教育对外开放的合作水平还很滞后，处于零起步的阶段。所以本文从贵州省学前教育对外开放合作水平的现状入手，总结在学前领域已取得的对外合作经验，找到不足与存在的问题，为教育管理部门和幼儿园提出可提出相应的解决策略。

1 贵州省学前教育对外开放合作水平的现状

1.1 我省幼儿园数量现状

据2014年贵州省教育厅统计，全省幼儿园4767所，比上年增加751所，在园幼儿1198864人，比上年增加121177人；教职工68420人，比上年增加13424人（专任教师43081人，比上年增加8893人）。……
