职业能力导向在高职旅游英语口语教学中的应用及其前景

摘 要 随着我国改革开放的持续推进，国际交流与合作愈加广泛，旅游市场不断扩大，对旅游专业人才的英语口语交际能力提出了新的更高的要求。高职院校旅游专业必须坚持以职业能力为导向，进一步加强英语口语教学，不断提升教学质量和学生的口语水平。本文从高职旅游专业职业能力内涵入手，探讨职业能力导向在高职旅游英语口语教学中的应用及其前景，以供参考。

Abstract With the continuous advancement of China's reform and opening up， more and more international exchanges and cooperation， tourism market continues to expand， the tourism professionals in oral English communication ability to put forward new and higher requirements. Tourism major in higher vocational colleges must adhere to the professional ability as the guide， to further strengthen oral English teaching， and constantly improve the quality of teaching and students' oral English. This paper discusses the application and Prospect of vocational ability orientation in tourism oral English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the connotation of professional competence of Tourism Specialty in higher vocational colleges.

1高職旅游专业职业能力的内涵

1.1 职业能力定义

职业能力是指人们从事某种职业的多种能力的综合，还可以定义为个体将所学的知识、技能和态度，通过特定的职业活动或情境进行类化迁移与整合而成的能完成一定职业任务的能力。其基本要素为：一是为了胜任一种具体职业而必须要具备的能力，表现为任职资格；二是指在步入职场之后表现的职业素质；三是开始职业生涯之后具备的职业生涯管理能力。职业能力基本上可以表示一个人在某种职业方面是否能够胜任，以及在该职业中取得成功的可能性。

1.2 高职旅游专业职业能力

一是具备旅游管理、服务的专业理论与实践技能。二是具有良好的语言表达能力，能与游客进行顺畅的语言交流。英语专业的毕业生还要能与国外游客进行口语交际，对职业能力要求相对更高。三是具有较好的旅游服务能力。包括游客接待、陪同讲解、答疑解惑、支付费用、安排行程和食宿等，还要具备一定的跨文化服务能力。……
