创业教育视野下的高职院校专业社团建设

摘 要 高职院校专业社团是开展创新创业教育独特的平台，也理应成为当前高职院校人才培养的重点手段。文章从高职院校创新创业教育现状、专业社团开展创新创业教育的优势以及具体举措等方面，从创业教育的视野对高职院校的专业社团建设进行了探索与论述。

The Construction of Professional Associations in Higher Vocational

Colleges from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship Education

Abstract The professional association of higher vocational colleges is a unique platform for the development of innovative and entrepreneurial education， and it should also be the key means for the training of talents in higher vocational colleges. This paper explores and discusses the professional associations construction of vocational colleges from the perspective of entrepreneurship education， from the perspective of the current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges， the advantages of professional associations in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education and specific measures.

2016年4月，首份“中国高等教育系列质量报告”指出，与世界高等教育强国相比，中国高等教育问题依然不少，主要表现为“四不够、一不高”，其中不够之一为创新人才培养力度不够，高校创新创业教育仍是“软肋”。而创业教育起源于20世纪60年代美国百森商学院的企业家教育课程，在国外诸多高校都已形成比较成熟发达的创业教育理论及成果。我国创业教育起步较晚，但发展蓬勃，经历了从理论到实践，从国外引进到国内内涵发展、不断深化的过程。《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》也明确提出大力培养创新创业人才和创新创业企业家的国家层面战略规划。历史赋予了高等教育要培养创新型人才的重任，高等学校实施创业创新教育已成了现代大学的历史使命。大学生社团，尤其是高职院校大学生社团，是实现创业创新教育的有效而又重要的载体，其社团活动可以定义为大学生创业和创新的基本形式，而高职院校专业社团由于它的功能和特点，在创业创新教育中发挥着尤其显著的作用。……
