“互联网+”视域下天津市文化产业与职业教育发展的双向对话

摘 要 在“互联网+”的新形势下，文化产业正在成为创新型的经济，职业教育被注入新鲜的血液。天津市文化产业的蓬勃发展不仅为地方职业教育指明人才的培养方向，也加速了职业教育智慧型的发展，而地方职业教育的发展不仅充实了文化产业的内涵，而且又给其转型升级提供高技术技能型人才与设备支持。区域文化产业和地方职业教育的双向对话对于二者的互利共赢有着重要意义。

Abstract In the new situation of "Internet +"， the cultural industry is becoming an innovative economy， and vocational education is injected with fresh blood. The vigorous development of Tianjin's cultural industry not only marks the direction of the training of local vocational education， but also accelerates the development of vocational education. However， the development of local vocational education not only enriches the connotation of the cultural industry， but also provides it with high transformation and upgrading Technical and technical personnel and equipment support. The two-way dialogue between regional cultural industry and local vocational education is of great significance to the mutual benefits and win-win between the two.

在“互联网+”视域下，地方职业教育与区域发展的文化产业关系紧密，二者发展的双向对话，既可以带动区域文化产业的转型升级与加速发展，也可以转变地方职业教育教学模式，带来智慧型教育。

1 天津文化产业发展现状

1.1 天津文化的特点

天津市拥有着六百年的历史文化，位于京津冀和环渤海中心位置，因此，天津众多的历史、政治和文化因素使得天津文化极具特色。

首先，天津文化主脉是水文化，天津位于九河下梢，渤海之滨，特殊的地理位置塑造了天津文化；其次，市民文化是主体，学者王勤田和梁禹祥认为天津文化是以市民文化为基础、以近现代文化为主导的多种文化成分组成的城市文化，近代漕运，盐业以及开埠通商的商品经济为市民文化的繁衍提供了物质基础；第三，“卫”派文化是特色，天津设卫建城已有600多年的历史，天津的运河运输与繁华的商业城市的发展，离不开设卫筑城打下发展“天津卫”的基础这一时期；……
