规范化管理院前急救救护车的实践和临床疗效评价

【摘 要】目的：对院前急救救护车实施规范化管理的实践及其临床疗效进行评价研究。方法：2017年开始，我中心正式实施院前急救车规范化管理，将规范化管理实施前（2016年1月至2016年12月）设置为常规组，将规范化管理实施后（2017年1月至2017年12月）设置为规范组，对不同组别救护车设备、药品以及物品完好率、家属满意度及其抢救成功率进行比对分析。结果：实施规范化管理后，规范组救护车设备、物品药品完善率、家属满意度以及抢救成功率都明显高于实施前常规组，P<0.05。结论：对急救救护车实施规范化管理，保障院前急救效果的大幅度提升，提高患者抢救成功率，降低医院物品、药品以及设备损耗。

【abstract】objective：to evaluate the practice and clinical effect of standardized management of pre-hospital ambulance. Methods： beginning in 2017 officially implemented pre-hospital emergency center standardized management will be before the implementation of standardized management （January 2016 to December 2016） is set to the normal group the standardization management after implementation （January 2017 to December 2017） is set to the standard group for different groups ambulance equipment drugs and pipe familys satisfaction and rescue success rate for comparative analysis. Results after the implementation of standardized management the improvement rate of ambulance equipment articles and drugs family satisfaction and rescue success rate in the standardized group were significantly higher than that in the conventional group before implementation P<0.05. Conclusion： the standardized management of first aid ambulances can ensure the significant improvement of pre-hospital first aid effect improve the success rate of patient rescue and reduce the loss of hospital goods drugs and equipment.

院前急救作為医疗急救工作中的核心组成，具有较强的技术性和综合性，只有确保院前急救做到反应迅速、接诊及时、对症护理、安全运转以及病情稳定才能为抢救成功率的提升提供保障。而作为院前急救中的重要组成，急救车起到至关重要的作用和价值，并且急救车管理工作的开展直接影响到患者抢救成功率以及家属满意度等[1]。所以，需要重视针对院前急救车实施规范化管理，以期院前急救有效性的大幅度提升。

1 资料方法

1.1基线资料

我中心于2017年开始实施急救车规范化管理，规范化管理急救车数量从2辆（试点）提升至8辆。本研究中常规组的设置选取我中心未采取规范化管理（2016年1月至2016年12月）的院前急救车，而规范组则采取我中心（含网络站）实施规范化管理后（2017年1月至2017年12月）院前急救车。……
