技工学校开展体育选项教学模式探讨

摘  要：随着课程改革的不断深入，选项教学成为体育教学模式改革的重要内容。选项教学打破了传统的体育课教学模式，由“要我学”向“我要学”的方式转变，使体育课教学发生了可喜的变化。其中，身体素质的提高和运动基本技术的普及是实施选项教学的前提条件，选好教学内容是实施选项教学的核心，组织实施是实施选项教学的关键，选用教学方法是实施选项教学的保障。

Abstract： With the deepening of curriculum reform， optional teaching has become an important part of the reform of physical education teaching mode. The optional teaching has broken the traditional teaching mode of physical education， changed from "I'm asked to learn" to "I want to learn"， and made the teaching of physical education have a gratifying change. Among them， the improvement of physical quality and the popularization of basic sports technology are the prerequisite for the implementation of the optional teaching， the selection of teaching content is the core of the implementation of the optional teaching， the organization and implementation is the key to the implementation of the optional teaching， and the selection of teaching methods is the guarantee for the implementation of the optional teaching.

體育选项教学是根据学生的个人兴趣、爱好，编成的教学班，由一定专长的体育教师组织进行体育专项锻炼的教学活动。选项教学以全面发展学生身体素质与专项教学相结合形式激发学生上体育课的兴趣，促进学生个性发展和体育锻炼的自觉性。把快乐体育、成功体育、终身体育等理念溶为一体，将体育教学提高到一个更具实效和更高的层次。下面笔者就从技工学校实际出发，结合自身的教学经验，阐述体育选项教学在技工学校的实践与探索。

1  身体素质的提高和运动基本技术的普及是技工学校实施选项教学的前提条件

技工学校的学生入校划分为2个层次：中级工班和高级工班，高级工班又分为五年制和三年制。中级工班和高级工班五年制生源都是初中毕业生，将中级工班和五年制高级工班的前3年的学生放在一个层次，统称为中级工班;把五年制高级工班后2年及高中起点的三年制的班统称为高级工班。……
