应用型本科国际贸易实务精品资源共享课程建设与实践

摘  要：《国际贸易实务》是国际贸易相关专业的核心课程。实践证明，该课程的教学质量将直接影响国贸相关专业毕业生的外贸业务能力。为了提高本课程的教学效果，适应外贸新业态的发展需要，广东科技学院省级精品资源共享课程团队对课程教学目标、教学任务、教学内容进行了深入细致地研究和分析，以“一个核心、二条主线、三个结合” 设计了教学整体方案，通过几年的建设实践取得了较好的教学效果，提高了教学质量水平。

Abstract： International trade practice is the core course of international trade related majors. It has been proved that the teaching quality of this course will directly affect the foreign trade business ability of graduates majoring in international trade. In order to improve the teaching effect of this course and meet the needs of the development of new forms of foreign trade， the provincial excellent resource sharing course team of Guangdong University of Science and Technology has conducted in-depth and detailed research and analysis on the teaching objectives， teaching tasks and teaching contents of the course， designed the overall teaching scheme with "one core， two main lines and three combinations"， and achieved good results through several years of construction practice. The teaching effect has improved the level of teaching quality.

一、《國际贸易实务》课程的特点

（一）致力于培养应用型、复合型、创新型人才

《国际贸易实务》课程涉及国际经济与贸易、国际商务和跨境电子商务等外经贸相关专业的一门核心课程，也是工商管理、市场营销、物流管理、商务外语等专业的专业课或选修课。

它是以国际贸易中的货物买卖为主要研究对象，着重研究有形货物国际交换的全过程，具有极强的实践性和应用价值，它还囊括了国际贸易的理论与政策、国际结算、国际金融、国际运输、国际保险、国际商法与国际惯例等相关学科的一些基本原理与知识，并在此基础上进行综合运用。

本课程的主要内容包括：国际贸易的对象，国际贸易术语及其相关的国际公约与惯例，包括国际货物销售合同，国际货物运输、国家海洋货物运输保险，国际贸易支付和结算业务，国际货物销售合同协商、签订和履约，传统和当代国际贸易方式等。……
