舒适护理在小儿胃镜检查中的作用探讨及睡眠质量的影响

摘要目的：探究舒适护理在小儿胃镜检查中的作用。方法：选取2019年2至10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的无痛胃镜检查儿童40例作为研究对象，按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组20例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组则进行舒适护理。比较2组的恶心、呕吐、中途停止检查发生情况，平均检查所需时间、睡眠评分、清醒时间及完成度、患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果：观察组的恶心、呕吐及中途停止发生率显著低于对照组，平均检查所需时间、睡眠评分、检查结束后清醒时间均优于对照组，完成度及家长对胃镜检查护理工作各方面满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：舒适护理有助于减少患儿胃镜检查时的不适感，提高其依从性，帮助尽快完成检查，患儿家长满意度高，值得推广。

Investigation on the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in the Gastroscopy of Children

AbstractObjective：To observe the role of comfortable nursing in children with gastroscopyMethods：A total of 40 cases of children with painless gastroscopy in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2019 to October 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group according to the order of admissionThe control group were with routine nursing，and the observation group were with comfort nursingThen the incidence of nausea，vomiting and stopping examination，average time needed for examination，sleep score，awake time，completion degree and satisfaction of parents for nursing of two groups were comparedResults：The incidence of nausea，vomiting and midway stop of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group，the average examination time，sleep score and wakeup time after examination were better than those of control group，the completion degree and satisfaction of parents for nursing were higher than those of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<005）Conclusion：The comfortable nursing can help to reduce the discomfort of children during gastroscopy，improve their compliance，and help to complete the examination as soon as possible，so the parents of children have high satisfaction，it is worth popularizing.

胃镜是诊断消化内科多种疾病的常用手段，通过由镜头和软管组成的设备，置入消化道，检查各部位黏膜情况，帮助医师诊断疾病[1]。但胃镜检查需要经口腔、食管进入消化道，容易引起恶心、呕吐、疼痛等多种不适感，尽管无痛胃镜的应用大大减少了这些情况，但仍然不能完全解决，尤其对于依从性差的小儿来说，这不但影响其身心舒适度，更影响检查的顺利程度[2]。随着舒适化技术的发展，舒适护理在无痛胃镜检查中的实施受到广泛关注。本研究以40例接受胃镜检查的小儿病例为研究对象，采用不同护理模式进行干预，以观察舒适护理的实施效果，现报道如下。
