层级链式护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用分析及对睡眠的影响

摘要目的：探究层级链式护理在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年4—12月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的肺炎患儿100例作为研究对象，根据时间分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组2015年4—6月收治的患儿进行传统护理，观察组2015年10—12月收治的患儿进行层级链式护理。比较2组患儿的临床效果、症状消失时间、住院时间、家属对护理的满意度及护理前后的睡眠质量。结果：观察组的临床效果显著优于对照组，临床症状消失时间及住院时间短于对照组，家属对护理的满意度显著高于对照组，睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：层级链式护理可显著改善肺炎患儿的疾病状态，促进患者早日康复，在临床具有较高的应用价值。

Analysis on the application of Hierarchical Chain Nursing of Pediatric Pneumonia

AbstractObjective：To investigate the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumoniaMethods：A total of 100 children with pneumonia in Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were divided into control group and observation group50 children（observation group）from October 2015 to December 2015 were with hierarchical chain nursing，50 children（control group）from April 2015 to June 2015 were with traditional nursingThen the clinical effect，symptom disappearance time，hospitalization time，satisfaction of family members for nursing，sleep quality before and after nursing of two groups were comparedResults：The clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group，symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of control group，the satisfaction of family members for nursing were significantly higher than those of control group，sleep quality scores was significantly lower than that of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<005）Conclusion：The hierarchical chain nursing can significantly improve the disease state of children with pneumonia，promote the early recovery，so its clinical application value is higher.

小儿肺炎是在儿童疾病中较为常见的疾病，可導致患儿表现出咳嗽、气短等情况。小儿肺炎的发生率呈现逐年增多的趋势。对于本类患儿除早期有效的诊治外，治疗结束后的护理工作也极其重要，有助于患者身体的恢复以及后期的治疗保障。层级链式护理是当今阶段较受认可的护理方式，其主要是护理人员实施层级管理，具体职责具体到人，按照职责进行分工，这样不但可以提高护理的效率，还能提高护理的质量[1]。现对在本院接受治疗肺炎患儿采用不同护理方式进行干预，以探究层级链式护理的临床实际应用价值，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
