心理疏导在老年全口义齿修复患者中的应用及其对患者睡眠质量的影响研究

摘要 目的：探討心理疏导在老年全口义齿修复患者中应用价值。方法：选取2016年1月至2019年1月期间厦门市仙岳医院收治的老年全口义齿修复患者82例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组行全口义齿修复，观察组在全口义齿修复治疗的基础上给予心理疏导。比较2组患者治疗前后的负性情绪（SAS评分及SDS评分）及睡眠质量（PSQI评分）、治疗满意度。结果：治疗后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分低于对照组，观察组患者对治疗满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：心理疏导可显著改善老年全口义齿修复患者的心理状态、睡眠质量等，提高患者治疗满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Observation on the Application Effect of Psychological Counseling in Elderly Patients with Restoration of Complete Denture

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical application value of psychological counseling in elderly patients with complete denture.Methods：A Total of 82 elderly patients with complete denture in Xianyue Hospital of Xiamen City from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with complete denture restoration，the study group were with psychological counseling on the basis of complete denture restoration.The negative emotion（SAS score and SDS score）before and after the treatment，sleep quality（PSQI score）and satisfaction for treatment of two groups were compared.Results：The SAS score，SDS score and PSQI score of study group after treatment were lower than those of control group，the satisfaction for treatment was significantly higher than that of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The psychological counseling can significantly improve mental state and sleep quality of elderly patients with complete denture restoration，and it can improve the satisfaction of patients，so its clinical application value is higher.

牙列缺失主要常见于老年人群，是临床一种多发病，影响患者睡眠质量。全口义齿是采用人工材料替代缺失的上颌、下颌完整牙列及相关组织的可摘义齿修复体，是对无牙颌患者的常规修复治疗方法，但患者在进行治疗过程中易产生焦虑、紧张的情绪，严重者会形成抑郁症状，影响其正常生活及睡眠质量[1]。心理疏导老年患者进行治疗的过程中实施具有针对性的沟通，缓解其心理压力，改善情绪，提升治疗效果[2]。本文通过分析患者临床资料，旨在探讨其应用价值，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年1月至2019年1月期间厦门市仙岳医院收治的老年全口义齿修复患者82例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组中男21例，女20例，年龄65～80岁，平均年龄（72.50±3.39）岁，牙槽嵴正常患者22例，牙槽嵴低平患者19例。……
