手术室实施整体护理对乳腺癌患者手术效果及睡眠质量的影响

摘要 目的：分析乳腺癌患者手術室护理中实施整体护理对患者手术效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年7月至2019年6月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者54例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组27例。观察组患者给予整体护理，对照组患者给予常规护理。比较2组的临床效果。结果：采取护理干预后，观察组患者的并发症、满意度、护理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量指数评分均较对照组好，2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：乳腺癌患者手术室护理中实施整体护理，在明显改善患者手术效果及睡眠质量方面，效果显著，值得临床推荐。

Effect of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room on Surgical Outcome and Sleep Quality of Breast Cancer Patients

Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on the surgical outcome and sleep quality of patients with breast cancer.Methods：A total of 54 patients with breast cancer were randomly selected from July 20 to June 2019 in Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The grouping principle was a random number table method.holistic nursing was performed for 27 patients in the observation group，and routine care was performed for 27 patients in the control group.Results：The clinical data of the observation group and the control group were compared.The complication，satisfaction，post-care anxiety，post-care depression，and post-care sleep quality index scores were more ideal.There was a significant difference in statistical expression（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of holistic nursing in the operation of breast cancer patients in the operating room，in terms of significantly improving the patient′s surgical results and sleep quality，the effect is significant，it is worthy of clinical recommendation.

乳腺癌属于恶性肿瘤，临床较常见，发病原因包括环境污染加剧，患者发病后，可对患者身心健康造成严重影响。目前临床上主要采用手术来切除癌变组织，属于有创治疗，因此应加强患者护理干预。临床总结得出，乳腺癌患者手术室护理中实施常规护理，效果不理想[1]，与患者不了解疾病相关知识存在一定关联，可对手术治疗效果造成一定的影响，患者存在严重不良情绪，因此临床上对如何有效护理本病患者很重视。本文全面分析了54例乳腺癌患者手术室护理中实施整体护理对患者手术效果及睡眠质量的影响。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
