城市居民住宅小区消防安全突出问题及其解决对策

摘  要：随着国家经济社会的不断发展，人们生活条件不断提高，对住宅小区消防安全关注度也变得越来越高。数据表明，当前城市居民住宅小区消防安全管理中普遍存在消防配套设施不齐全、消防安全宣传不到位等隐患问题，这些问题若不能及时处理，将会对内部人生活造成影响，威胁到内部人民群众的生命财产安全。该文就居民住宅小区存在的问题提出几点优化、整治措施，希望能够切实解决以往消防安全管理上的问题，进一步保障城市居民住宅小区管理水平。

Prominent Problems of Fire Safety in Urban Residential Quarters and their Solutions

Abstract： With the continuous development of the country´s economy and society， people´s living conditions continue to improve， and the degree of attention to the fire safety of residential quarters has become increasingly high. The data shows that in the current fire safety management of urban residential communities， there are generally hidden dangers such as incomplete fire protection facilities and inadequate fire safety publicity. If these problems are not dealt with in time， they will affect the lives of insiders and threaten the people inside. The safety of life and property. This article proposes several optimization and rectification measures for the existing problems in residential quarters， hoping to effectively solve the problems of fire safety management in the past， and further guarantee the management level of urban residential quarters.

城市居民小区住宅消防安全管理工作涉及内容比较多，需要做好每一个环节的工作，进而降低安全事故等问题发生概率，保障内部人员生命财产安全。但随着居民住宅小区的大量涌现，隐藏在消防安全中的问题逐渐暴露出来，这些问题若不能及时处理，将会对内部人生活造成影响。笔者根据自身多年工作经验提出几点个人观点，希望能够切实解决以往消防安全管理上的问题，进一步保障城市居民住宅小区管理水平。

1  城市居民住宅小区消防安全突出问题

笔者所在的万江街道近年来不断有新建的大型住宅小区投入使用，目前共有住宅小区38个（有物业服务企业管理，不包括小产权房），其中在建住宅小区4个，高层住宅小区28个，高层住宅369栋，多数高层建筑结构复杂、裙楼功能多元、投入使用后，容易导致出口、通道被占用等问题，部分物业管理对消防设施维保不到位，消控室管理问题和自动消防设施损坏等隐患问题也比较突出。……
