探究工业产业背景下机械制造及其自动化的发展方向

摘要：在经济全球化大环境下，国际市场竞争日趋激烈，我国工业产业因机械制造及其自动化技术的发展而发展，在国际市场中的地位逐步提升。以工艺理论及高新技术的支持，机械制造领域也得以快速发展，并且趋向于智能化和精细化。就机械制造及其自动化的价值进行阐述，明确机械制造及其自动化特性，分析机械制造及其自动化发展现状，进一步探究机械制造及其自动化的发展方向，旨在促进工业产业大环境下机械制造及其自动化的良性发展。

Abstract： Under the environment of economic globalization， the international market competition is becoming increasingly fierce， and China's industrial industry has developed due to the development of mechanical manufacturing and automation technology， and its position in the international market has gradually improved. With the support of process theory and high-tech， the field of mechanical manufacturing has also developed rapidly， and tends to be intelligent and refined. This paper expounds the value of mechanical manufacturing and its automation， clarifies the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing and its automation， analyzes the development status of mechanical manufacturing and its automation， and further explores the development direction of mechanical manufacturing and automation， aiming at promoting the sound development of mechanical manufacturing and its automation in the industrial environment.

0  引言

现代社会经济发展过程中，工业产业发挥着基础作用，以先进科学技术为支持，能够将现代化理论、高新技术与工业产业紧密结合起来，以智能化、自动化为导向，为工业产业的持续健康发展提供助力。就机械制造产业来看，传统机械制造有着较高的成本，产能较低，并不符合新时代技术体系发展需求与工业产业发展实际。机械制造产业发展受到内外部的双重作用，逐渐向智能化、自动化运作体系转型升级，因而亟待加大科技力量投入，总体来看这对于企业运行效率与效益的提升都至关重要。

1  机械制造及其自动化的价值

随着社会经济与科技的逐步发展，机械制造及其自动化逐渐渗透于社会各个领域中，机械制造及其自动化中容纳了众多的专业学科知识，可以将机械制造及其自动化看作是多项技术的综合体。……
