【摘要】 目的:研究無砷失活抑菌材料对年轻恒牙外伤后急性牙髓炎牙髓失活的效果及对VAS、VDS评分的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年6月在本院接受治疗的年轻恒牙外伤后发生急性牙髓炎的患儿116例作为观察对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组58例(58颗患牙)。实施牙髓失活时对照组给予三氧化二砷型牙髓失活剂,观察组给予Antipulp型无砷失活剂。随访3个月,对比两组疗效,治疗前后VAS、VDS评分,及牙周损伤情况。结果:观察组优良率为98.28%,较对照组的86.21%明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS、VDS评分较治疗前均更低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组牙周损伤发生率为0,较对照组的12.07%明显更少(P<0.05)。结论:应用无砷失活抑菌材料对年轻恒牙因外伤后导致的急性牙髓炎患者牙髓失活的效果较好,还可降低其VAS和VDS评分,牙周损伤风险低,值得推广。

Inactivation Effect of Arsenic-free Inactivating Bacteriostatic Material of Young Permanent Teeth after Trauma of Acute Pulpitis and Its Effect on VAS Scores, VDS Scores/LI Xin. //Medical Innovation of China, 2021, 18(30): -171
[Abstract] Objective: To study the inactivation effect of arsenic-free inactivating bacteriostatic material of young permanent teeth after trauma of acute pulpitis and its effect on VAS, VDS scores. Method: A total of 116 cases of young permanent teeth after trauma of acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, 58 cases (58 teeth) in each group. When the pulp was inactivated, the control group was given Arsenic Trioxide pulp inactivation agent, the observation group was given Antipulp arsenic-free inactivating bacteriostatic material. Followed up for three months, the effect, VAS and VDS scores before and after treatment, and periodontal injury of two groups were compared. Result: The excellent rate of the observation group was 98.28%, which was significantly higher than 86.21% in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS and VDS scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of periodontal injury in the observation group was 0, which was significantly less than 12.07% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of arsenic-free inactivating bacteriostatic material of young permanent teeth after trauma of acute pulpitis is better, which also reduce their VAS and VDS scores, with low risk of periodontal injury, it’s worth of promoting.

年轻恒牙属于萌出于口腔中的恒牙,虽然其形态和普通恒牙相同,但由于牙周组织并未成熟,根尖孔区域存在丰富血运,并且矿化的程度比较低,在外伤之后较易导致冠折和根折,从而引发急性牙髓炎[1]。临床治疗时常需给予对症治疗,幫助患者的牙根得到继续发育,从而确保其具有远期的恒牙功能[2]。目前,临床在治疗此类牙髓炎时通常需先实施牙髓失活,且当前应用的失活材料主要包含无砷类药物及含砷类药物。为更好地指导临床治疗,本文通过比较分析无砷失活抑菌材料对年轻恒牙在外伤后发生急性牙髓炎患者牙髓失活的应用情况,旨在为临床用药方案的选择提供科学数据资料支持,现报道如下。……
