多层与高层建筑中选用塔吊施工的问题研究

【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，国家越来越重视多层与高层建筑建造过程中选用塔吊施工的情况。为了进一步提高建筑工程塔吊施工的质量，需要根据实际情况构建完善的安全管理举措，增强工作人员的基本执行力，将工作一步一步细化到位并落实到每一个人，保障施工人员的生命健康安全，确保该项问题得到社会各级的重视。因此，论文针对多层与高层建筑中选用塔吊施工的问题进行简要分析，并提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the country is paying more and more attention to the use of tower crane for the construction of multi-story and high-rise buildings. In order to further improve the quality of the construction with tower crane in building engineering， it is necessary to build perfect safety management measures according to the actual situation， enhance the basic executive ability of the staff， refine the work step by step and implement it to everyone， ensure the life health and safety of the construction personnel， and ensure that the problems are paid attention to by all levels of society. Therefore， the paper briefly analyzes the problems in the construction with tower crane in multi-storey and high-rise buildings， and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

1 引言

随着建筑规模的不断扩大，多层与高层建筑的建设依旧存在大量的问题，对此可充分地利用塔吊的工具优势，满足建筑层数高以及施工难度大的需求，应用钢结构构件做好基础性的吊装处理、施工设备处理以及机器倒运处理，确保周边的磨具安装以及拆卸顺利，明确其可尽可能地满足土建施工中的物料垂直运输以及水平运输等多方面需求，考虑到多种因素，故此时要提高塔吊性能，制定出合理的解决措施。

2 塔吊的基本类别

2.1 固定式塔吊

固定式塔吊顾名思义，其基本结构是固定的，在其工作的过程中只是通过塔臂和小车运动状态的改变而变化。大多数情况下将这种固定式的塔吊应用于高层建筑、建筑物以及工程炉顶施工中。对于高层建筑或是多层建筑而言，该项固定式塔吊的用途十分广泛，且受到行业内的一致好评，故要依据实际情况创新施工模式，定期或者不定期完善塔吊的施工模式，提高施工者对工具的重视程度。……
