基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在《食品营养检测》实训课教学中的探索与实施

【摘要】随着信息化水平的不断更新和教学模式的不断革新，基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式逐渐成为当今各教育领域的研究热点。本文通过对基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式的概念和特点的分析，并结合当前高职院校食品营养检测实训课的教学现状，探讨了基于微课的翻转课堂模式在食品营养检测实训课中的探索与实施。

【Abstract】With the continuous update of the level of informatization and continuous innovation of teaching models， the flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-classes has gradually become a research hotspot in various education fields today. The paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of the flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-classes， and combined with the current teaching status of food nutrition testing training courses in higher vocational colleges， explores the use of flipped classroom models based on micro-classes in food nutrition testing training Exploration and implementation in class.

近年来，随着互联网信息技术的高速发展，教育信息化开始崭露头角，迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。2016年6月，教育部出台了《教育信息化“十三五”规划》，明确提出要深化信息技术与教育教学的融合发展，推进信息技术在日常教学中广泛、深入地应用。基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在此背景下应运而生。

食品营养检测实训课是食品营养与检测类专业、食品质量与安全类专业学生的一门必修的实践课。而目前对本课程普遍采用的传统教学过程中，由于受实训课时、仪器设备台套数等因素影响，学生很难全面掌握各实训项目的基本操作技能。因此，在这种情况下，本文旨在通过探索与实施基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式来改变食品营养检测实训课目前的教学困境。……
