新建本科院校青年教师实践教学能力提升路径探析

摘 要 青年教师实践经验缺失、实际操作能力偏弱影响着新建本科院校应用型人才培养的质量。因而，增强青年教师的实践经验，提高他们的实际操作能力是当前新建本科院校内涵式建设和服务区域社会经济发展的关键。新建本科院校需要不断完善考核评价与激励机制、拓宽校内外实践基地、搭建灵活多样的实践平台、践行“导师——学徒”制的锻炼模式，才能不断促进青年教师实践教学能力的提升，进而真正实现向应用型大学的转型发展。

On the Path to Improve the Practical Teaching Ability of

Young Teachers in Newly Established Universities

Abstract The lack of practical experience and weak practical ability of young teachers affect the quality of application-oriented personnel training in newly built undergraduate colleges. Therefore， strengthening young teachers' practical experience and improving their practical operation ability is the key to the connotative construction and the social and economic development of the newly built undergraduate colleges. Only by constantly improving the assessment， evaluation and incentive mechanism， broadening the practice bases inside and outside the college， building flexible and diverse practice platforms， and practicing the tutor-apprentice mode， can newly-built undergraduate colleges continuously promote the improvement of young teachers' practical teaching ability and realize the transformation and development to application-oriented universities.

1青年教师实践教学能力培养的必要性和紧迫性

1.1提升青年教师实践教学能力是新建本科院校可持续发展的生命线

在高等教育市场竞争越来越激烈的条件下，新建本科院校要实现可持续发展，唯有主动着眼并适应区域、地方和行业发展的新需求，走以应用型人才培养为核心的内涵式发展道路，努力提高人才培养质量，才能有效拓宽其生存空间并提升其市场竞争力。应用型人才的培养需要通过深化实践教学来增强学生的创新素质和知识应用能力，这必然要求高校教师必须具备较强的实践教学水平。青年教师是新建本科院校教学活动的生力军，是实践教学活动的主要管理者和执行人，直接决定着高校实践教学的质量。有效提升青年教师实践教学能力是新建本科院校培养高素质应用型人才的重要保障，是新建本科院校扩大影响力和实现可持续发展的必然要求。……
