应用型本科物流管理专业“仓储管理”课程思政探索

摘 要 为了扎实推进高等教育“立德树人”根本任务，实现“课程育人”目标，在物流管理专业课中实施课程思政是时代发展的必然趋势，也为物流管理专业课程的改革带来了新思路。该文以“仓储管理”课程为例，尝试挖掘该课程中的思想政治教育元素，从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法等方面探讨“仓储管理”课程中实施课程思政的有效途径，为其他专业课程开展课程思政提供了一定的思路。

Ideological and Political Exploration of Warehouse Management Course for Logistics Management Major of Application-oriented Undergraduate

Abstract In order to promote the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in higher education and realize the goal of "Curriculum Education"， it is an inevitable trend of the development of the times to carry out the ideological and political education of the course of logistics management， which also brings new ideas for the reform of the curriculum of logistics management. Taking the course of warehouse management as an example， this paper attempts to explore the ideological and political education elements in the course， and explores the effective ways to implement the ideological and political education in the course from the aspects of teaching objectives， teaching contents and teaching methods， which provides some ideas for other professional courses to carry out ideological and political education.

1 “課程思政”的内涵及融入“仓储管理”的意义

“课程思政”一词最早由上海市委、市政府于2014年提出，它不是一门课程，而是一种教育理念。目前比较认可的定义是由上海市教育卫生工作委员会党委副书记高德毅教授提出的“课程思政指使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应，从而构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的形式。”[1]本文认为“课程思政”就是以课程为载体，以学生关注的现实问题为思想政治教育切入点，把思想政治教育贯穿于教育教学活动全过程，从而实现课程教学与立德树人同向同行的教学目标的课程观。

“仓储管理”是物流专业课程体系的重要组成部分，挖掘这门课程的思想政治教育功能能够引领学生树立正确的价值追求，培育高尚品格。这就是实施“仓储管理”课程思政的意义之所在。本文所要探讨的是如何从“知识性与价值性相统一”的角度发掘本科“仓储管理”课程中“向上向善的价值观”，构建“仓储管理”课程思政内容体系，实现物流专业的育人功能。……
