新时代背景下高校辅导员就业指导工作中的问题及对策

摘 要 新时代背景下，高校辅导员工作面临诸多新的问题和挑战，文章分析了新时代背景下高校辅导员在就业指导工作中的职责定位及制约高效推进就业指导工作的因素及新时代辅导员就业指导工作面临的新挑战，并针对存在的问题提出了相应对策：（1）推进辅导员队伍专业化和专职化;（2）建立和完善鼓励激励机制;（3）完善就业指导工作与服务体系。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of College Counselors'

Employment Guidance in the New Era

Abstract Under the background of the new era， the work of college counselors is facing many new problems and challenges. This paper analyzes the responsibilities of college counselors in the employment guidance work， the factors restricting the efficient promotion of the employment guidance work and the new challenges faced by the counselors in the new era， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems： （1） promoting the team of counselors; （2）， establish and improve the incentive mechanism; （3）， improve the employment guidance and service system.

党的十九大报告中指出，中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。新时代青年是实现富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国的保证，高等教育必须明确“培养什么样的人，如何培养人和为谁培养人”这个根本性问题，高校辅导员工作是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分，关乎新时代青年的成长成才，是国家高素质人才源源不断的产生的保障，高校辅导员肩负着崇高的使命。[1]高校毕业生就业工作更是关乎青年人才能否在社会主义建设中发挥作用的关键，十九届五中全会提出的六大“新”目标中，也明确提出“民生福祉达到新水平，实现更加充分更高质量就业”。

新时代背景下，高校辅導员重任在肩，本文结合工作实际，就如何发挥好辅导员的就业指导作用，从辅导员在就业指导工作中的职责定位、存在的问题及对策和面临的挑战等方面谈以下几点认识。
