小学语文教学与班级管理融合策略探讨

【摘  要】在新形势下，提出小学语文教学与班级管理相融合的观点，是有现实意义的。因为在我国现行的教育体制中，从小学到高中均未设立专职的班主任岗位，往往都是由所在班级的语文教师来兼任班主任职务。仅凭这一点，将两者融合就是一个值得探讨的问题。本文分析了小语文教学与班级管理两者之间的关系以及小学语文教学对班级管理的重要性，重点论述了小学语文教学与班级管理相融合的几种策略，希望引起广大语文教师兼班主任的重视。

A Probe into the Combination Strategy of Chinese Teaching and Class Management in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Under the new situation， it is of practical significance to put forward the viewpoint of the integration of elementary school Chinese teaching and class management. Because in my country's current education system， from elementary school to high school， there is no full-time head teacher position， and the Chinese teacher of the class is often the part-time head teacher. Based on this alone， the integration of the two is a problem worthy of discussion. This article analyzes the relationship between elementary Chinese teaching and class management and the importance of elementary Chinese teaching to class management. It focuses on several strategies for the integration of elementary Chinese teaching and class management， hoping to arouse the attention of Chinese teachers and class teachers Pay attention.

在我國的教育领域，班级管理的领头人，即班主任的角色，大部分都是由语文教师兼任的。由此，语文教师不仅要承担语文学科的教学任务，还得组织和领导班级管理工作。事实上，语文教学工作与班级管理工作是相辅相成，都是学校最基本且重要的工作。班级管理科学化有利于实现教学的长足发展，而良好的教学效果又能促使班级管理实现最优化。怎样将班级管理与语文教学有机结合起来，使班级呈现生机与活力，给学生提供一个温馨的班级大家庭，是教师需要重点探讨的问题，由此笔者提出一些个人看法。

一、小学语文与班级管理之间的关系

（一）两者的目标具有一致性
