国防特色地方高校红色军工文化建设实践与思考

摘  要：红色军工文化是中国共产党领导下的中华民族解放和中国革命建设实践中凝练而成的精神财富，是新时代我国由世界大国走向世界强国的重要推动力，是坚持社会主义核心价值的重要思想武器。传承和弘扬红色军工文化是我国高校以文化人、以文育人的重要使命，是为党育人、为国育才的重要思想和政治教育基础。进入新时代如何完善红色军工文化价值理论体系、加强军工文化建设是亟待研究和解决的重大现实课题。

Abstract： The red military industry culture is the spiritual wealth condensed from the liberation of the Chinese nation and the practice of Chinese revolution construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is not only an critical driving force for China to move from a big country to a powerful country in the new era， but also an important ideological weapon to unload the core value of socialism. As a great mission of cultivating and educating people by culture in universities of our country， inheriting and carrying forward the red military industry culture is of great importance. It provides ideological and political basis for education on the purpose of providing talents for the party and the country. Realistic and important subjects to be studied and addressed urgently is how to perfect the theoretical value system of red military industry cultural and strengthen the construction of military industry culture in a new era is.

文化是一个国家、一个民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园。文化安全关系到国家长治久安、民族繁荣稳定的大局。长期以来，我国文化安全形势复杂，围绕发展模式和价值观的竞争日益激烈，各种思想文化的交流、交融、交锋日益频繁，意识形态领域中渗透与反渗透的斗争日益尖锐，科技与理念的巨变、多元文化与各种思潮对我国高校学生的思想意识、文化观念、理想追求等高校文化带来巨大冲击[1]。坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育是高校思想政治工作的基础。东华理工大学坚持以德树人，传承和弘扬红色军工文化基因，实现红色军工文化在新时代高校立德树人的培养目标，探索了文化育人的方法和途径，彰显了地方高校的行业特色。……
