融媒体环境下地方本科高校广播电视编导专业教学改革研究

摘  要：2014年6月教育部在《國务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中提出引导普通高等学校转型的政策; 2015年10月，教育部、国家发改委、财政部联合发布了《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》，要求新建本科高校依据我国经济结构调整和产业转型升级带来的人才供给与需求关系的深刻变化，加快向应用型高校转型发展; 2019年“两会”上，李克强总理在 《政府工作报告》中再次从不同层面强调要推动传统产业改造提升和促进新兴产业加快发展，健全以企业为主体的产学研一体化创新机制。为响应国家号召，近年来，许多高校广播电视编导专业都以“培养具有综合专业素养的应用型人才”为基本原则。但是作者发现地方高校在应用型人才培养过程中存在一些问题，具体到广播电视编导专业，对于融媒体环境的忽视问题突出。文章主要结合学院实际，从宏观和微观两个角度探析融媒体环境下地方本科高校广播电视编导专业教学改革中存在的问题及具体应对措施。

Abstract： In June 2014， the Ministry of Education put forward a policy to guide the transformation of ordinary colleges and universities in the "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education". In October 2015， the Ministry of Education， the National Development and Reform Commission， and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued "Guidance on Guiding Some Local Ordinary Undergraduate Universities to Transform into Application-oriented Universities" and required newly-built undergraduate universities to accelerate the transformation and development of application-oriented universities in accordance with the profound changes in the relationship between talent supply and demand brought about by the adjustment of China's economic structure and industrial transformation and upgrading. In the "Government Work Report"， Premier Li Keqiang once again emphasized the need to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and accelerate the development of emerging industries from different levels， and improve the enterprise-based innovation mechanism of integration of industry， university and research. In response to the national call， in recent years， many colleges and universities have adopted the basic principle of "cultivating applied talents with comprehensive professional qualities" in the majors of radio and television editing and directing. However， the author findsthat there are some problems in the training of applied talents in local colleges and universities. Specifically， the major of radio and television editing and directing has a prominent problem of neglecting the media environment. This article mainly combines the reality of the college， and analyzes the problems and specific countermeasures in the teaching reform of the local undergraduate radio and television director major in the integrated media environment from the macro and micro perspectives.

“融媒体”是充分利用媒介载体，把广播、电视、报纸等既有共同点，又存在互补性的不同媒体，在人力、内容、宣传等方面进行全面整合，实现“资源通融、内容兼融、宣传互融、利益共融”的科学方法和行为。这里很重要的一点，“融媒体”不是一个独立的实体媒体，而是一个把广播、电视、互联网的优势互为整合，互为利用，使其功能、手段、价值得以全面提升的一种运作模式，是一种实实在在的科学方法，是在办台实践中看得见摸得着的具体行为。……
