强化共情教育，提升幼儿情绪能力

摘  要：共情能力是表现幼儿情商的重要组成部分，这一能力主要体现为能够站在别人的角度思考问题，培养共情能力的根本在于让幼儿们从小养成换位思考的习惯，使幼儿在保持自身独立性的同时，能够真切地理解他人的感受。在共情能力的养成下，幼儿所表现出来的为人处事的方式往往会更加温和且更具有感染力。教师在进行幼儿教育的过程中，要强化共情教育的投入，让幼儿在当下的生活中彰显更强的共情与共鸣，为幼儿未来的人际交往能力的提升打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】Empathy ability is an important part of children's EQ，which is mainly reflected in the ability to think from the perspective of others. The root of cultivating empathy ability is to let children form the habit of transposition thinking from childhood，so that children can truly understand others' feelings while maintaining their independence. With the development of empathy，children's ways of dealing with people tend to be more gentle and infectious. In the process of early childhood education，teachers should strengthen the input of empathy education，so that children can show stronger empathy and resonance in the current life，and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of children's future interpersonal skills.

心理学中的共情在生活中的常见表现主要为同感、共感和共鸣等，这是一个相对复杂的概念，是对他人产生共鸣力的一种体现。这种将感觉以更加温和、尊重而关切的方式表现出来的能力便称为共情能力。但是很多学校，尤其是幼儿教育，并没有这一方面的培养。这也是部分幼儿在完成了幼儿园教育之后，共情能力依旧处于初始水平的主要原因。这类情况会导致幼儿人际交往能力偏低，无法适应环境的转变。因此，在当下这个大环境中，趁着幼儿教育越来越受重视，幼儿教育工作者要着手培养幼儿的共情能力，使幼儿爆发潜在的共情表現力。

1.共情能力的现实表现

对于幼儿的共情能力的培养，主要是让幼儿能够学会站在他人的角度上思考问题，去理解他人情感表现的原因，并与之产生共鸣。……
