浅谈小学低年级数学口头家作的设计及价值

摘  要：为积极响应国家提出的“增效减负”教育理念，推动中小学素质教育的持续性改革，国内中小学创新性设计了多样化的家庭作业形式。其中以小学低年级为例，形成了口头家庭作业模式，以引导学生在课余时间的学习与巩固。本文通过分析小学低年级数学口头家作的设计，论述了口头家作的运用价值，并提出了小学低年级数学口头家作设计策略，旨在为小学低年级数学教师开展日常教学工作提供参考。

On the Design and Value of Oral Writing of Mathematics in the Lower Grade of Primary School

【Abstract】In order to respond positively to the educational idea of "increasing efficiency and reducing burden" put forward by the state and promote the continuous reform of quality education in primary and secondary schools，domestic primary and secondary schools have innovatively designed a variety of homework forms. Among them，taking the lower grade of primary school as an example，the oral homework model is formed to guide students to study and consolidate in their spare time. This paper analyzes the design of oral homework in the lower grade of primary school，discusses the application value of oral homework，and puts forward the design strategy of oral homework in the lower grade of primary school. The purpose is to provide reference for mathematics teachers in the lower grade of primary school to carry out daily teaching work.

2000年1月8日，教育部颁布《关于在中小学减轻学生过重负担的紧急通知》文件，自此进入国内教育的“减负元年”。2018年12月28日，教育部等九部门颁布《中小学生减负措施》，文件中明确指出：“严控书面作业总量，科学合理布置作业。”特别是针对于小学低年级学生，要求不布置书面家庭作业。至此，小学低年级逐渐形成以口头家作为代表的家庭作业形式，促使低年级小学生在学校、课堂环境之外能够巩固、记忆基础知识，同时锻炼学生的学习技能以及综合实践能力，以响应国家教育減负的精神与政策。

1.小学低年级数学口头家作设计概述

（1）设计原则

一方面，口头家作设计要体现出一定的趣味性。由于小学低年级的数学课程主要是教授小学生相对基础性的知识体系，因此，教师在进行口头家作的设计以及布置时，应当遵循趣味性原则，让学生完成口头家作的过程中，感受到兴趣与快乐，继而激发学生参与口头家作的热情。……
