高校快递代收点使用状况调查

摘  要：随着电子商务的飞速发展，对物流配送和寄发提出了更高的创新要求，快递代收点就是创新物流寄收方式的重要代表。作为链接电商物流前端和后端的重要桥梁，快递代收点已逐步成为电商物流中关键的一环。高校作为电子商务物流系统中寄收快递的重要场景，也为快递代收点的快速发展提供了契机，但时至今日，高校快递代收点仍然存在管理不规范、违规收费、综合满意度偏低等问题。基于此，文章以南京林业大学为例，通过问卷调查的形式研究高校学生校内快递代收点的使用状况，对有效回收的样本进行统计分析，并提出相应的建议。

Abstract： With the rapid development of e-commerce， higher innovation requirements are put forward for logistics distribution and delivery. Express collection point is an important representative of innovative logistics delivery mode. As an important bridge linking the front end and back end of e-commerce logistics， express collection point has gradually become a key link in e-commerce logistics. As an important scene in e-commerce logistics system， colleges and universities also provide an opportunity for the rapid development of express delivery collection points. However， up to now， there are still some problems such as non-standard management， illegal charges， low comprehensive satisfaction and so on. Based on this， this paper takes Nanjing Forestry University as an example， through the form of questionnaire survey to study the use of college students' express delivery collection points， makes statistical analysis on the effective recycling samples， and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.

1  研究背景和意義

近10年来，电子商务因其数字化、便利化的优势，在中国获得了快速发展。据相关资料显示，2013年至2018年，中国网购交易金额从2 679亿元增长至57 370亿元，复合增长率高达84.6%;而仅2019年，网购交易金额就达到了66 610亿元。与此同时，国内物流行业也迎来了蓬勃发展的契机。巨量的网购增长对物流行业提出了更高的要求，而快递代收点作为整个电子商务物流的最后一环和寄发物流的第一环，研究其使用情况和现存问题，对物流行业健康有序发展具有积极意义。

高校代收点作为电商和物流行业总体战略布局的主战场之一，一直以来都是各大电商和物流平台创新试点和份额抢占的核心领域。基于此……
