产教融合视角下的 物流管理“顺丰班”探索与实践

摘  要：以产教融合为视角，以广西民族师范学院物流管理专业为研究对象，探索校企合作的新模式。首先论证了开设“顺丰班”的必要性与可行性，进而梳理了国内高校开设“订单班”的办学情况，从中总结经验用于指导教学实践。最后提出了开设“顺丰班”的运行机制与保障条件，从各方面保护学校、学生和企业的合法权益。对促进校企合作的顺利实施具有重要指导意义，同时也可为同类高校开展联合办学提供参考借鉴。

Abstract： From the perspective of the industry-education integration， with the logistics management major of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities as the research object， explore a new model of school-enterprise cooperation. First， it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of setting up“SF class”， and then sorts out the running situation of domestic universities setting up “order classes”， and sums up the experience to guide teaching practice. Finally， the operating mechanism and guarantee conditions for the setting up“SF class”are proposed to protect the legitimate rights and interests of schools， students and enterprises from all aspects. It has important guiding significance for promoting the smooth implementation of school-enterprise cooperation， and at the same time can provide reference for similar universities to carry out joint education.

隨着社会经济的快速发展，物流行业也迎来了属于自己的重大发展机遇，伴随而来的是对物流人才的需求量剧增，由此对高校物流管理人才培养提出了严峻挑战。虽然近年来诸多高校均抓住机遇开设了物流管理专业，每年向企业输送的毕业生数量逐渐增加，但由于人才培养与企业需求脱节，使得人岗不匹配的问题日益凸显。为此，基于校企合作和产教融合视角，探索新的物流管理人才培养模式成为高校物流管理教育工作者必须面临和深入思考的问题。

笔者所在学校广西民族师范学院是一所典型的应用型地方本科院校，多年来与众多知名企业保持密切合作。但新形势下，物流企业的技术快速更新，学校教学的教材和理念往往跟不上行业发展，因此，与企业开展深入合作，直接紧扣企业对人才的需求、采用企业正在使用的新思路新技术进行人才培养就显得尤为重要了。……
